Return & Exchange Policy (7-Day Return & Exchange)
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
You must provide images or video proof at the time of claiming.
We do not offer returns for “change of mind,” but exchanges may be allowed depending on product availability. Our team will review your request and guide you through the quick return/exchange process.
If an exchange item is not available, you may be offered a replacement product of your choice (within similar price range).
We aim to make the return experience smooth and quick for all customers.
