Refunds are only issued in cases where:

The product delivered is damaged,

The product is faulty,

Or you received the wrong item.

If the product is in good, usable condition and exactly as described, no refund will be issued.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will update you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within a few working days via bank transfer or the same payment method used.
